Course Overview

This course is designed to help students develop essential workplace concepts and competencies before entering internships or employment. It supports students in preparing for career development by combining academic learning with real-world business challenges, cultivating interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

The curriculum includes a series of thematic lectures and practical workshops led by a team of professional consultants. Starting with foundational workplace mindset and self-discovery, students will gain insights into the job market, acquire skills necessary for today’s international and digital workforce, and understand the dynamics of cross-disciplinary cooperation. This comprehensive approach prepares students to transition smoothly into the workplace.
