• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Facilitate interviews and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Foster strong candidate relationships to ensure positive experiences and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends to refine recruitment approaches and achieve performance goals.

• 客戶關係管理及維繫
• 提供市場趨勢及勞資諮詢

資格：具備業務、招募、人資、新創公司等性質尤佳
工作地點：台灣台北市信義區 (另外有桃園辦公室，也正熱情招募中)

計薪方式：月薪33-38K/m
