📍Key Responsibilities
- Learn and document current business operations, internal workflows, and productivity tools
- Identify bottlenecks and manual processes that could benefit from AI automation or augmentation
- Evaluate specific tools for business impact and secure integration, including:
- Affinity – Relationship management and CRM
- Vestberry – Portfolio and fund reporting
- Zapier – Workflow automation and integration
- Gamma – AI-powered presentation and documentation
- Lutra AI – Internal knowledge and productivity assistant
- Vestberry – Portfolio and fund reporting
- Zapier – Workflow automation and integration
- Gamma – AI-powered presentation and documentation
- Lutra AI – Internal knowledge and productivity assistant
- Assess alignment with the firm’s information security and compliance policies
- Propose adjustments and changes to our infrastructure that would enable broader and secure adoption of AI tools
- Develop clear use cases, implementation roadmaps, and internal documentation
- Create comparisons, recommendations, and potential pilot workflows for leadership review
📍Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and operational efficiency
- Practical, systems-oriented thinker with a strong curiosity for new tools and methods
- Analytical and detail-driven; able to break down workflows and assess improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with enterprise data security and governance concepts is a plus
