📌IWC Marketing Intern

【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Marketing
  1. Assist with product information management
  2. Support the marketing team in daily tasks
• VM
  1. Support the brand’s merchandise, PLV, and gift stock, and regularly review the warehouse
  2. Support boutique operations (PLV/props/tools orders and transfers, etc…)
• PR
  1. Support media monitoring
  2. Assist in document translation

【KEY COMPETENCIES】

• Fluent in Mandarin and English required.
• Understand the implications of multi-cultural & multi-functional work environment.
• Open-mindedness, curiosity, and detail oriented; team player/facilitator
• Good knowledge of MS Office. 

【REQUIREMENTS】

• Current enrollment in a related BS or master’s degree.
• Available to work at least continuously 2 days per week.
• Internship period for 3 months.
• Expect to start from mid-May.
• Salary: 200/hr; provide labor and health insurance.

📌PIA Marketing Intern

【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Support in executing PR affairs, such as press release proofreading, media list updating, PR reports completing, and so on.
• Coordinate, support, and accomplish the brand’s various events and activations.
• Proceed with the annual Visual Merchandising replacement and help the team to monitor every boutique and retailer shop’s visual presentation.
• Assist in administrative duties.

【KEY COMPETENCIES】

• Advanced foreign language ability.
• Strong desire to learn and professional drive.
• Abundant passion for the PR, Media, and VM categories.

【REQUIREMENTS】

• Current enrollment in a related BS or master’s degree.
• Available to work at least continuously 2 days per week.
• Internship period for 6 months.
• Expect to start from mid-May.
• Salary: 200/hr; provide labor and health insurance.
