VISION 2024 NTU Job Fair will be Launched on March 2!
Amid climate change, geopolitical shifts, and the rapid advancement of AI technology, the world faces an increasingly severe "talent shortage." Companies are actively preparing for future talent. Have you, as a student, prepared for your career or employment?
Career Center, Office of Student Affairs, NTU, will host the VISION 2024 NTU Campus Recruitment Series events starting on March 2 (Saturday). This year, the three major trends in corporate recruitment also echo the fair's theme, "Sustainability, Intelligence, Innovation." In response to these trends, leading industries such as TSMC, Delta, and Taiwan Cement will unveil their future key job openings for the first time at the job fair on March 2.
Furthermore, the opening ceremony of the job fair will feature a performance by the "Tendrum Art Percussion Group," the only group in Taiwan to be recognized with three major awards, including the Golden Melody Awards, Grammy Awards, and the American Independent Music Awards. Their diverse instrumental sounds symbolize NTU students from various backgrounds embarking on challenges and sailing toward a future. We invite all faculty and students to participate actively, understand industry trends and corporate talent needs, and dare to step out of their comfort zones to explore and broaden their horizons, creating sustainable competitiveness.

1. Physical Job Fair:
- Date and Time: March 2, 9:30-16:30
- Venue: Main Campus Area
- Booth Recruitment: 454 company booths, categorized into IT, finance, conglomerates, diverse industries, HR agencies, international talent cultivation, and sustainability zones.
- Classroom Recruitment: The full building is at the General Education Building, with five companies conducting written tests, interviews, or recruitment lectures.
- Lucky Draw: 15:30 at the Coconut Palm Avenue stage area, with prizes including MacBook Air, GoPro, Switch fitness ring, HyRead e-reader, Bluetooth headphones, vouchers, and more.
