Uber Taiwan is back this year again with the SOAR Management Trainee Program. We are back this year again with the SOAR Management Trainee Program.
SOAR is an 18-month immersion rotational program where Management trainees get to engage in the various functions within the organization: Central, CX and COE (P&E) for individuals with 0-2 years of professional experience and are ready to make an impact. Trainees will have a chance to collaborate on a wide span of work including strategy development, program execution, data analytics, and process optimization. This program offers a curated learning path to mold the trainees’ skill sets and achieve their broader goals. Learn more → Here
